I do not believe English is the native language of whomever wrote this.  I've noticed the same phenomenon in product descriptions.  They seem to be farming some of this work out to India or maybe the Philippines.  The constructions are awkward and at times reflect an understanding of individual words but not a true understanding of the English language.

I'm a foot person, I prefer to see nice looking well groomed feet. I guess I have a Roman foot and spend a fair amount of time keeping my feet well groomed and healthy. I love shoes too, but shoes with good support that will not hurt my feet.

My toes graduate perfectly and I'm told I have nice full sized nails. Also a high arch. But I have (matching) bunions at the inner base of my big toes. They don't hurt so I'm keeping them. They don't embarrass me one bit and I am a VERY vain person.
