This thread reminds me of another blast from the past involving my older son, who was in my federal government employer's workplace daycare center at the time.

The kids needed to dress up for a costume party, and we had my son wearing a white glove (saved from my childhood days when my mom bought us new gloves to wear to church on Easter Sunday), and a nylon high-collared jacket which made him look as close as we could come to Michael Jackson.

He was a hit at the show. EVERYBODY knew Michael Jackson at the time. We still have the "white glove" photo. HIs costume wasn't that great, but it worked.

I'm a 70s girl! I love all Motown and all 70s music!!!

I didn't dance too much in the 80s! LOL married, pregnant & 2 toddlers LOL well, its a different dance.... I switched to country music, then my youngest was sitting on the floor playing with his Hot Wheels, singing "I Love Trashy Women..." I went back to pop......
