I love listening to blues and jazz, especially the old songs. Summertime by Ella Fitzgerald and Louis Armstrong is one. I love the old talents, and can actually understand the words to be able to sing along. While they may not be cheery songs and lively, they make me happy to hear.

As for a singular song that makes me happy, it would have to be Happy by Pharrell Williams. Prince's 1999 and Bruno Mars' Uptown Funk are close runner ups. For sheer silly fun, I really love Elton John's Crocodile Rock.
In general though, my musical happy place is Beatles music, especially early 60's Beatles. Beach Boys, Motown and British Invasion music round out my happy place. I guess basically my happy place in 50 years in the past. ✌️❤️😊
