Sea Urchin at a Sushi Bar!

I've eaten most of a pig! Brains and eggs to pickled pig's feet!

Eels. This was way back in the 60s. DH and I went fishing one night and caught a big bunch of eels. Had no idea what to do wth them.

We took them to my grandfather who cleaned and pickled them. Delicious! Whole family had a feast!

Cow lungs and I've eaten tripe (cow intestines), barbacoa (cow cheek and tongue)

@Plaid Pants2 Pickled pigs feet. My dad used to eat them all the time when we kids were young and I ate them. Wouldn't touch one now for any amount of money.

Sweet breads are actually thymus gland and pancreas. I have not ventured into either of those tastes. Liver in many forms I have and enjoy it.

On on a regular basis we enjoy boar (we have a freezer full)

Abalone LOVE IT

Caviar (only me, don't have to share 😊) Bought some today in fact.

Bison ( we buy a bison prime rib for Christmas) we also enjoy other cuts.

I have had Emu and liked it very much but now difficult to find.

Escargot, I have had it. Didn't much care for it.

I have had tongue several times and like it. Tastes like roast beef, lean and tender.

Eel. It's good, depending on the preparation.

I tried one of my cats friskies. It was gross and I spit it out. LOL I actually bet that the ingredients were better than many of the items mentioned in this thread! Ha
