It's a city look, most people wear dark colors here, even in Summer. I did branch out this year and wear blues and greens for Spring & Summer.

I tend to like blues, purples, and blacks.
But I am a redhead and look good in browns, tans, and greens which I also wear.
The ONLY colors I NEVER wear are red, orange, and pink.
(I had breast cancer 5 yrs ago and people gave me pink everything. I appreciated their thoughtfulness and saved everything in a bag. But, Im sorry I never want to see pink again. In fact we went as far as to change our pink powder room to green).

I did want to add that I got a pair of ""camel"" colored slacks on Q not long ago. Husband said he thinks he can get me a job wearing my Carharts! LOL. I thought of Carharts too.
