What is wrong with people?  How I wish I knew....these incidents of attacking bees, turkeys, or other animals who aren't threatening in any way.....I can't fathom it.  

I have a hard time believing that parents aren't teaching their children to be caring about all living things.  This was taught by me, to my children, and also reinforced in the schools they attended. 

Yet the incidents mentioned, occurred not far from me.

I’m amazed, and very happy for the poor bee-keeper. The small local community and nearby communities that would have seen it on the news have donated over $65,000 of the target $70,000 in three days. Less than 2200 people have donated, so WOW.

I don’t remember all that I initially read, but the $70,000 is I think what it will cost for new bees and hives and lost revenue so he can feed his family until he has a new set-up in place.  When I saw that target amount I thought “no way!” I’m blown away with how locals have come together.

Some people are just pathetic.  I have zero tolerance for this ignorance.
