I WAS RainCityGirl, but with the new board, i had to become RainyDayGirl...why I am not sure. It's meaning??? I'm a Seattle native, and it supposedly gets a lot of rain, though not the rainiest city, even though people seem to think it is. I'm a Seattle girl through and through,  rain and all. I don't have an avatar.

My board name is real.  It's a childhood nickname.  I've been singing since I was a toddler.  So my nickname stuck.  In high school and for a bit in college, I fronted a band under songbird. 

I don't have an avi.  Couldn't find one I liked I guess.

My poster name is after the trees that bloom here in So Cal in the spring bright purple. My avatar is me surfing in a group lesson. I was at 54 the oldest women and the only one to get up on the board. In a group of some twenty somethings and they all came up to me afterward and told me how awesome I was. A nice surprise at this age.

The abbreviation we used at the telephone company, not used by the town itself.
