What Happens When You Refuse A Package???

I ordered something from the Q. that I later regretted...I have read, on here, that you can refuse the package...and that is what I did this afternoon...I had tried to cancel...but the message said shipping was in progress and the next day it did ship...

Now what do they do...am I charged for a return...or do they just take it back...Thanks for any info you would like to share with me....
