I have a real problem with self-motivation. I have an ongoing list of things that need to get done, but procrastination prevents me from getting to them. What would motivate me? I believe it would be a good friend or my sister who would keep on top of me, to make sure I accomplished what I needed to. Unfortunately, everyone is so busy these days and has their own list of to-do's that they really can't help me in the way I need it. I once hired a "life coach," who helped me, but the cost got to be too much.

That being said, coffee goes a long way.

What motivates me? When I am laying in bed in the morning and don't want to get up, but the option of peeing my bed isn't very rewarding. Then a new day begins....

You'd be surprised. Sometimes it's hard to remember where your nuts are.

I just have to feel sorry for our little fellows. During the fall they're so busy digging holes through the yard to bury their nuts. Don't they know that in a few months they'll be buried under a foot of snow. Today they're running all over looking for food, poor things.
