I just received a really nice pair of Martha Stewart slacks. On the lower leg, I noticed a very small white sticker with a red arrow adhered to the fabric. It appeared to be haphazardly placed because I couldn't figure out what it was pointing to.
Anyone there know anything about these types of stickers? I googled but didn't find anything. Thanks!

It usually points to an imperfection in the fabric.

usually that is a sticker where there might be a defect. it may have been checked and deemed ok but they left the sticker.

@sunala Generally speaking, it means there's a flaw that's being indicated and marked by the arrow. Having said that, I don't know if QVC uses the arrow sticker for that purpose.

Only someone who works in that area would know what it means. It's an internal symbols used for whatever. Nobody on this board is privy to that informatipn.

Yep, you're exactly right. I have ordered several items on Ebay from a seller/store known as "phoenixtradingcompany" and all they sell are new/lightly used clothes from the Q and they have a TON of stuff at good prices/good quality....anyways they thoroughly inspect each garment and if there are any defects they use one of those stickers (white sticker w/ a red arrow) to identify it.

Thank you everyone. I pretty much guessed that it meant there was a flaw, although I looked and didn't see anything. I didn't look with a magnifying glass, but I did look, and saw nothing. I'm not sure I'm keeping them anyway because I don't love the way the fabric (NOT fabrication!) feels.
Re: Fabrication, I wish the hosts (and the designers, like Susan Graver AND Dennis Basso) would stop using that word. Don't they know that the fabric is not a fabrication? In my life, I've always thought that a fabrication is a lie.
