today a relatively calm atlantic ocean with a few lifeguards, people setting up umbrellas, and kids testing the waters........also a pool with people playing and swimming. all against a backdrop of a blue sky with just a few clouds. i could wake up to this every single day.

@Marp, hi. I live on the east coast of Canada. The northeast coast of Newfoundland is called iceberg alley. These are a common sight there. LM

My neighbor across the street (in my development) is having a yard sale .... baby clothes mostly so lots of traffic ... and my two dogs are barking non-stop at each car ... it's Friday the 13th so I did not expect a good day anyway~!

I see my beautiful rose bushes,hummingbirds at my feeder,doves,cardinals,sparrows all eating seed I put out for them. I see a baby rabbit, baby robins and squirrels. I see birds splashing in the bird bath,it's HOT in Chicago.

Iceberg looks appealing on what seems will be hot day. (And, with cancer meds induced hot flashes!)

Much better than my view. I see a parking lot, across which there is a grassy area for dogs at the apartment complex next door. Unfortunately, no dogs out right now.

I love what I see out my kitchen window, sunshine and blue sky, a sparkling pool, green grass, palm trees and a mountain range in the background . 🌴🌞🌴🌞🌴🌞

Wow , imagine an iceberg just casually floating by.

Outside the windows in our bedroom and the wall to wall sliding doors in our living room is a gorgeous lake. Not just one of those drainage lakes they build artificially, this is a real lake. It's about a half mile long, the end we are closest to is deeper and wider than the other end.There is a small island across from us where we frequently see egrets sitting on their nests while their mates come & go bringing them food. Also a lot of ducks and birds that fish in the lake like eagles and osprey.The other side of the lake is landscaped with oreander bushes which have beautiful pink flowers and every so often there's a break in the hedge and 3 palm trees are planted. There are 3 fountains that were put in the lake when they built here to aerate and prevent algae, so we have a view of one of the fountains as well, at night it is lit. The lake turns just past our house so we don't see the other 2 fountains. The shore along our side of the lake is all homes and each backyard has an Oak tree behind it so the lakeshore is lined with trees.
