What Do You Like About Your iPad? What Do You DO With It?

My daughter wants to get me an iPad for Christmas. She says it will make life easier for me and that I'll have fun watching movies on it and using apps she loves, not to mention being able to go online from anywhere in the house and other places with wifi.

I hardly know anything about iPads, so I would appreciate hearing from those of you that have one and can tell me about it.
