After feeding the dog & taking her out, doing 2 loads of laundry, and showering, I'm sitting down with a bowl of Sugar Frosted Flakes for breakfast (plus coffee).
I haven't had Sugar Frosted Flakes for decades, and I'm loving them today. They're grrrreat! Lol

Three mugs of flavored coffee (assorted) w/sweetener, one of them with MCT oil. I am still fasting in the morning and don't break my fast until noonish.

My first meal of the day is a large salad at 12:00. If I'm really hungry in the morning (rarely), I'll have fresh fruit. This routine makes me happy and makes my body hum.

Every day the same thing. I don't cook in the morning so it's quick and easy. A bottle of Premier Protein Drink, a banana (I need potassium) and a pack of 4 Belvita Breakfast Cookies.
I eat it late and don't eat again until dinner.
