Around 4 o'clock in the afternoon yesterday a lady called in about the Sleep Number Bed. She sounded like my age (around the 60's). She said she had the Sleep Number Bed, just received it for about a few weeks. She was upset because she said she wanted to know why her Sleep Number Bed that she bought from QVC cost $500 more than the Sleep Number Bed she'd just purchased. I was listening and got a phone call and never got to hear what Mary Beth said to her. She kept saying that it was just like the one they were discussing on tv. Does anyone remember what Mary Beth said. I'm just curious on how Mary Beth handled that call. I know she was probably very courteous (as she always is), but did they pass it on over to the front office? Thanks for answering!
