Finished Kate Christensen (nf) Blue Plate Special. Loved this book about her life, food, etc.
Up next is Billionaire Blend by Cleo Coyle. Have read many books in this series and enjoy her writing.

- YELLOW CROCUS by Laila Ibrahim. Thank you to whoever rec'd this wonderful book. I could not put it down. Only thing wrong with it was that I wished it had been at least twice as long. Things happened right up to the end - wonderfully tying it all together. This was the author's first novel, and I sure hope she writes another. Enjoy!!

Very suspenseful. On 3/14/2014 Dawg lover said: I just finished Danielle Steel's new book, "POWER PLAY", and it was really good! It's the story of male and female CEOs, and how they handle power differently. Now I am about to start the new Elly Griffiths book, "THE OUTCAST DEAD".Dawg lover, I was just able to put The Outcast Dead on hold through my digital library. I'm #17 but they become available pretty fast. I'm really looking forward to reading it.

I'm finally reading The Goldfinch (Donna Tartt), which I have looked forward to since before it was available.
So far it's a HUGE disappointment.
Those who have read it...at what point will it become interesting?
Fortunately it's an audio download, so I can do other things while "reading." If this was a paper-and-ink book, I'd PTB.

Too many other books to choose.I read The Dressmaker by Kate Alcott which was a disappointment. Only 2 and 1/2 Stars (out of a possible 5) or maybe 3 if I'm feeling kind.
Next up is Mission Flats by William Landay, the author of Defending Jacob.
I liked The Dressmaker. Very much. The link to the Titanic disaster attracted my attention. It has its basis in fact. If it was on TV it would be a "docu-drama."

Reckless by Allison Brennan. I really liked Cold Snap by the same author, it brought the entire Kincaid family together!

If it my re'cd book - Yellow Crocus - I looked and it isn't in mine either. Puzzling. I got mine on Amazon.
If you google the author Laila Ibrahim, there is a lot of interesting stuff about her and this book.
