I do have things to be grateful for, and I am. Today, I am a bit overwhelmed with my own thoughts and am sad. It will pass. It's the thoughts and memories I have for today so far. I need to get on other thoughts. But I am grateful for a lot.

I'm grateful for every day. I do keep a gratitude journal called the Five Minute Journal to quickly jot things in, and then I keep journal (word document) that I use to vent which helps me think things out - like issues at work or to track my dreams and goals.

I don't keep a gratitude journal, but I do express thanks every day.

My journal is in my head & I am so grateful that it is stuffed with so many people & things to be thankful for. I have been truly blessed!
