Wellness Cat Food?

I have an 18 year old cat who's been on Prescription Hill ID (dry food) for years, however, it has by-products in it and would like to change her food to something that is healthy. The main issue with my cat is that she has a heart murmer and high thyroid. Is Wellness made in the USA? Can anyone please recommend a good food for her. In addition, what should I be looking out for (re. nutrition). She also eats the Metley canned food. Like I said, I just want something that is "real" food and good for her.
