AD order went in 6/15 -  product was at my local PO on 6/19.  

Gives me confidence to try another order.

My order shipped 5/31 and now it is nowhere to be found. Q tracking says it was accepted by the PO on June 9th, the PO is telling me that UPS still has it and Q customer service says there are no update scans. Guess I'll just have to wait for now. I won't be ordering again.

@Tsukiko  We each need to use our own experiences.  I get that.  QVC obviously is having problems, but millions of packages are also getting through on or, as mine was,  before their EDD.

I posted my experience because I think it's time that the Forum reflected more than the complaints.  I urge every satisfied customer to relate their experience so the boards reflect what's really going on.  I know I'm far from the only person whose order arrived on time in good condition.

As of today, I don't have any problems with the packages sent from QVC and I do shop a lot.

I ordered a jacket from Reddress late last week and got today !

@millieshops   Nice to hear a positive statement.  My orders from QVC are being shipped and received in a timely manner, by or before the estimated delivery date.  

I'm in DC.  If something is shipped from the Ontario, California warehouse that does tack on a few more days but no excessive delays for me to date.

May depend, I think, in part on what type of item is being ordered.

I have an Amazon order that says the two items were delivered Sunday night at 6:46 but haven't shown up,  which happens once in a great while.  If they don't appear tomorrow I will contact them, per their guidelines.  

Sometimes the carrier reports them as delivered, apparently, before they really have actually done so.  The other possibility is they delivered to right street address but in the wrong quadrant of the city--Northeast instead of Southeast, for example.

Thank you Millieshops.  I don't order a bunch but what I have ordered over the course of many years including several orders in the last 6 months have also arrived in a timely manner.

I try not to order anything that I need in a hurry from ANY place if I can help it.

Good for you. Some of my orders come within 7 to 10 days and others are taking a US tour, especially if one of the items is shipped from Califormia. A Cuddl Dud order I purchased on the 7th is coming in 3 separate mailings. One came yesterday,  the other 2 were stuck in NJ for 3 days and just moved to Ohio yesterday. I live near Pittsburgh, go figure. The only thing I can think of the delays is Q has so many distribution centers and each one has their own restrictions.

That has to be it because I ordered a blender directly from Kitchen Aid and it came within 4 days. I figure if I am going to order something from Q.  I will expect long delivery times and not be in a rush to receive them.
