Weird start to instacart, but it ended OK

I placed an order through instacart at 2 places.  It was early 7:00AM.  It looked like it it started....then it froze.  Nothing for hours afterwards.  In the meantime my other store got me everything I wanted and delivered it.  I would periodically check the other place and nothing.  Finally around 4 PM someone responded and started my order.  But then Instacart went offline!  Turns out they make a update to the app.  Finally I got my order.  At 6:00PM.  I was only able to get 7  things.  Everything of course was already pulled off the shelves.  Very strange and a strange time to put in updates and maintenance.
