I bought a set of china glaze nail polish for an really great price! I paid immediatley and the seller marked it as shipped the next day. Well its been well over a week and had not recieved them so I went to ask the seller where they were and she had refunded me my money and left a note saying that, "turns out nail polish is flammable here is your money back". Ummmm duh!? yeah nail polish is flammable why would that stop you from sending the item?! I buy nail polish all the time over the internet.

My gut instinct is to leave her neutral feedback but I feel I am being too harsh.

This was her first sale.
