Weight Watchers - still having trouble

I thought I would tackle the new Points Tracker again. So I punch in grilled cheese sandwich, which used to be on my favorites list as 6 points. Now its a big red dot with an exclamation point in the middle. Does this mean GOOD or BAD? There are a total of 74 choices of grilled cheese sandwiches listed from restaurants. No plain old grilled cheese, the most basic.
