I was trying to view my previous orders pages. I was only able to go back 1 page then got the dredded spinning circle. I retried several times but got the same outcome. Anyone else having the same problem?  After several tries I also had difficulty just scrolling down the home page. I will try the orders page again shortly

Sorry you are having problems. After seeing your post, I checked my own order pages. I am not having a problem like what you describe right now. I hope your situation straightens out soon.

I am having a similar problem. When I go to check my orders, I can't get past the third page. I hit next, and it says it can't load. 

I have turned of the computer, logged out of QVC ... 

All of my other websites work fine. I can't sort out what could cause this problem. 

I checked my qvc account on the cell phone and it worked fine. 

It is only happening on my computer.

@oarkidd  I got the same msg that it can't load so it must be a website problem. Thanks, I'm going to try again shortly. I have the Susan Graver TSV, bought last year so I wanted to see what I paid for it. Not buying it now.

i am using a laptop with the edge browser.

i can only go back three pages and then i get the "spinning wheel."

I needed to call Customer Service a couple of weeks ago.  In the course of the conversation, I asked the representative why there have been so many problems with the website.  She told me that QVC is trying to make everything more secure.  Everytime something is updated it seems the website doesn't work quite right.  She said that they have been told that things will take a little while.  I also thought perhaps their merge with HSN is going to cause some trouble.  So far, everything seems the same on HSN.  The only thing I've notice is being able to use the QCard.

I received a food order this week which isn't even listed in order status.  I've checked several times.   Hope they also forget to charge me for it.

Problems continue,  I even got a message saying Rakutan was causing my Firefox browser to slow browsing the website. Huh ?? as I'm  trying to type this message the words I type stall and there is a delay in seeing what I typed on the page. I have Rakutan but I didn't sign into it. This is weird !!  Anyone else having this browser or Rakutan issue ? just took me several minutes to type this message !!

I also have been trying since yesterday to view my past purchase history and it doesnt load.  Maybe could the IT department look into this please.
