Temps will range from 60 to near 80 with rain off and on all weekend.  Friday night is a chance for severe storms.

Edgefield area of SC here...mostly cloudy & 87 for Easter Sunday--BUT, it's only Wednesday, things could change (and often do!).

In SE PA the weekend for a change will be nice.  Sunday will be 71 and partly sunny....Saturday will be 79 and sunny!
