John, that's so sad.

We have a 14-1/2 year old kitty - Max.

He has kidney disease, and is loosing lots of weight - fast.

My husband, gives him fluids every 3 days.

Max doesn't care for his kd food.

When we loose him, it will be our first.

We have 3 more.

I am so sad and sorry to read about your loss.i can't find words to make you feel better but I wanted you to know that I am sad for you and Cindy today.

I also wanted to add that I hope you can get that butt healed soon.What the heck is taking so long?Have you heard of bleach baths?Ask your doc what he thinks about them if the idea interests you.I know you have a few health problems so I am not sure how that bath would react with all that you do.

I'm so sorry for your loss.  It's so hard to lose a beloved pet.  I've lost so many over the years.  I, too, believe that we will see them again.

John, all of us here know how you and Cindy feel.  It is just heart wrenching to say goodbye.

I've gone from 5 kitty boys to just one in less than a year.  Some days, I don't think my heart will EVER recover. 

There are no words of comfort, but know that you gave Ozzie a good life.

I wish for your healing, both physical and emotional.
