Three of the five publishers who colluded with Apple to set e-book prices have now agreed to settle and refund money to consumers affected by their pricing scheme. There are no details yet on how those funds will be distributed, but if you've bought any e-books under the agency pricing model that Apple and the publishers concocted you may be able to get some sort of refund/credit in the near future. More details will be coming in the near future.
