We adopted a kitten

We lost our beloved kitten, Neville, one week ago today. It left us in a new kind of pain to lose a baby like that.

Whether right or wrong, we adopted a 6 month old girl from our local shelter. She is a tan color with very pretty, lighter, markings. She is very shy, not at all like Neville! This little girl has a home with us in honor of Neville.

We have decided to name her "Clarabel." Clarabel, like Neville, is a character from "Thomas the Tank Engine." Clarabel was one of Thomas' coaches. It was always Annie and Clarabel, for any of you who followed the series with one of your kids. My daughter is a huge fan of the series. Clarabel is a brownish-tan color as well, and I thought the name is sweet.

We just received Neville's ashes, and I hope he is happy over the Rainbow Bridge.
