Tansy and kdgn, not ice. I fell getting off the elliptical. I broke the 4th and 5th metatarsal.

I have a temporary cast. I'm waiting to hear back from my PCP for a referral to the orthopedic docs. Then I'll get a regular cast - yippee.

Don't ask about the crutches. I am not coordinated enough for crutches. LOL

I made it upstairs to my bedroom, so I'm stuck for the duration until my husband gets home in a couple hours. I don't know if they're going to survive me. Yikes.
