I remember Danny Thomas so well - used to watch his show, "Make Room for Daddy." Now his 3 grown children are involved - especially his daughter Marlo Thomas. I have Marlo's book "Growing Up Laughing." She describes how most of the comedians, ie, Milton Berle, Bob Hope, Sid Caesar, Bob Newhart used to meet at her house in Beverly Hills when she was young -- enjoying dinners together ----- and all the laughter. America needs real entertainers - and more laughter.
