Has anyone had problems with returning items?

When you lose some one you L~O~V~E, that Memory of them, becomes a TREASURE.

No, just the opposite, they are more than fair with credits and returns.

Just the opposite for me too.  I was pleasantly surprised at the customer service and ease of everything.  They are more than fair.  We had 2 different issues, not their fault, and they were great about it.

Same here, no problem at all. I bought and returned 3 rugs for our rear patio, there was no problem at all returning them.
