I purchased a pair of earrings which broke after the first wear. Since I couldn't print a return label from home ,I called QVC customer service to request a return label. I was told that the new label would arrive in three days. A week later I contacted them again and they said that it should arrive soon. After a couple of additional days, I did an online chat. I was then informed that takes 7-10 days. After almost two weeks. I called to speak to a supervisor. She indicated that she would e-mail a copy of the return label to my inbox. I thought that I could go to Staples and print it off. However, the email never arrived. I finally got it printed on my own and sent my return off today. I wasted two weeks thinking that they would assist me. I really don't feel like a valued customer.
