I just bought my Grandson a new water bottle for school.  He's past kiddie kind and needs more water.  Bought a medium grey as well as a sticker of a favorite roller coaster ride he had this summer.  Is there a good way of labeling with name?  Permanent marker is all I know.   Thanks in advance.

I have taken some to a trophy shop to have them etch their names on them.  Not expensive and it is permanent.  Good luck!

I have a friend in a nursing center.  I am her POA and buy everything she wants or needs.

I ordered stickers with her name on them.  They stick to clothing and everything else.  They seem to stay on through the laundry and don't fade or peel off.. I have one on her water bottle and even her shoes.

I have  purchesed them online from several websites over the years and from Amazon.

When my children were younger, I got them for their items too.  Sometimes I cut the first name off of the sticker and used just the last name to label my things.

I would recommend you make sure you order from a seller in the US.  Twice,I ordered from a seller in China ( from Amazon). I received a thin envelope that was torn and mangled and no labels enclosed. They were lost in transit. I got my money back, but was disappointed.

I ordered from label land several times with great results.

I thought putting names on kids things was a safety issue so maybe just his initials?

There are some markers that stay and don't smear. Check the craft store for something like 'vellum marker' or 'slick writer'?

My niece used a permanent marker to put her son's name on his water bottle. He was one and a half and now he's three years old and it looks the same. She printed it in bold letters and he was also able to spell his name just by seeing the letters when ever he drinks his water.

@Carmie  are they also vinyl? I buy the vinyl ones from Amazon for my water bottles with all kinds of sayings and pictures. Football ones for the footballers. One of my favorites is "No one is you and that is your power".
