It was frustrating when they moved from weekdays to only Fridays, but SO many Fridays lately the W&W livestream has had either technical difficulties or simply not been on. It was on for 8 minutes today, froze, and never came back.

WHAT is going on? Did they lose a producer who was the only one who knew how to livestream or something?

@sageharvest

First ... Welcome!   Woman Happy

Secondly .... What are you talking about?   There's nothing in your post that indicates what kind of show this is or if it's on cable or streaming.

With so little information, you just can't assume everyone will know what you're referring to.

The title is in the subject. Watch and Win. It's a livestream that QVC used to run on every weekday, and around Thanksgiving~ish they moved to Friday's only.

@sageharvest  You posted in the wrong forum area.  None of us (forum members) works for Q.  So have no idea what is going on.

You should either CALL customer service, EMAIL customer service/Social Team (see below), CHAT and/or post in the Customer Care forum area.

HTH...Good luck!

I wasn't asking anyone at Q. I was asking the community in a community like manner, a sort of 'anyone else frustrated by this'? way. I've already called Q twice to ask them questions about it.

This was more a seeking commiseration.

First time was when they didn't have it at all; the person I spoke to said it would be on at 3pm Eastern instead of the normal 1:30pm (it was not on, at all). The second time they just said it was technical difficulties.
