Martha Stewart Bakes is on some PBS stations. I don't know if that is the show you were referring to.

Martha Stewarts shows are on Youtube and these shows are starting in the 1980's . My LG TV is a smart tv so it has Youtube. I can also cast from my computer. Been binge watching. Martha is super amazing. Now it comes back to me why I kicked up my home skills.
