I get links to you tube from twitter for David Cassidy singing , well then I go to a rabbit hole of song after song and drift into another world and before I know it 1 hour has gone by .

Etsy!!  I'm a sucker for Etsy.  I love  all the handmade items and in the several years I've been shopping there, I've only gotten one dud.

Facebook - to keep up with my relatives and friends who aren't near me.

Ebay - usually it's only when I'm trying to replace something that I have that I've broken or it's just worn out.

And I check the items recently on air on QVC every few days.

Here, until I see a nice thread turn sour with negativity.

I spend a lot of time reading and commenting on news related websites.  I have strong opinions on certain topics and can really get going in some comment sections.

I don't have a twitter account of my own but I have numerous accounts I like to read and certain topics I check up often.

I love "The Office"...probably my favorite show ever and I watch reruns daily via Netflix. I also love hockey...have two teams I follow closely and try to watch most of their games despite not living in either city.

I am not superstitious, but I am a little stitious.

Pinterest is my downfall.....I get very inspired and greatly inflate my own talents in my mind, then attempt something crafty....epic fails!

Re: Wasting Time

[ Edited ]

For me, it varies.  I get hooked on something, and then I find a new obsession.  So I pretty much rotate my favorites, going back to old ones, finding new ones, lather, rinse, repeat!

Recently I started playing Words with Friends again, and I'm spending way too much time there!  The good news is that my average word score is rapidly increasing, so I tell myself that it's boosting my brain power, so not a waste of time.  Woman Happy

I also like Facebook.  My friends and family are all far away - and by far, I mean very far.  So it's a way to connect.  And most of them are fun, so there's no stress or craziness, no drama, just sharing and laughing together even though we're so far apart.

Everything in moderation is a good rule to follow, but I get caught up in games (Words with Friends as well as others) most of all.  And many times my inner voice is saying, "Step away from the phone!!!!"

YouTube.  Watching people make food that I will never cook and crafts that I will never make.
