The 'GMA3' hour kicked off with fill-in hosts Stephanie Ramos and Gio Benitez, and they glossed over Amy Robach and T.J. Holmes being absent ... saying the two regulars had the day off.

The honchos over at ABC News have made the decision to take Amy Robach and T.J. Holmes off the air ... calling the couple's relationship a distraction with next steps to be sorted out by execs.

@SeaMaiden  Just a thought but maybe she was off the morning show as she's going to help w/election coverage tonight.

@MorningLover  I think the GMA producers are making a bigger deal of the 2 co-host than necessary. I really don't care what they do.  Doesn't bother me.

OP asked about the Today Show.  Amy Robach and TJ Holmes are on Good Morning America (ABC), not the Today Show (NBC). Folks on this thread are confusing the two.

I'm surprised that GMA didn't have some sort of a policy against "fraternization".  However, i would find it a bit uncomfortable, for some reason, if the two were to continue with their daily show.  i think it's become too much of a distraction already.  Aside from that, I'm soooo disappointed in him.  Actually, both of them, since they're both already married.

Never have watched the show, but! If it is one of the 3 major networks morning shows? Read there was a lot of hanky/panky going on with 2 of the major hosts, both of which are married to others. Guess that was against company policy.

Saw in NY Post the hanky/pankiers were reassigned, or? Kinda 😅 to me.

@grandma2pkmh But remember one of them probably outranks the other, making it inappropriate.  If one of them is in a higher ranking position it is de-facto misuse of your position relating to a coworker.  It sets a pattern of "ok" behavior as such on the job.

Something for a company to worry about.  Don't excuse  it for "consenting" because it still sets a pattern of potential abuse for the company.

I believe Hoda was on with Jenna for the Hoda & Jenna show.  I wasn't really watching, but I think I would've noticed had someone been filling in.  I never watch the earlier hours.

Wrong network.  Hoda and Jenna are on NBC all the cheating is going on over at ABC.

in my part of the country, the GMA3 show comes on every afternoon at 1PM on ABC.  This is the show that is/was co-hosted by Tj & Amy.
