Was going back for visit with my mom

I was to leave tomorrow, to visit, been two years since i have been back,she and my brother came up here last year, things here starting going haywire, first septic system, they one of my goldens needed extra tests, they heating system problems, they i get sick, seems like i just wasn't sopose to go,everything but me getting sick,costs extra money, i live on a limted income, i am just so dissapointed.

When you lose some one you L~O~V~E, that Memory of them, becomes a TREASURE.

I'm sorry you can't take your much awaited trip to your family, @goldensrbest. 🙁 Such a disappointment for you.

Perhaps things will be better in late summer or the fall for you to go then.

Oh @goldensrbest, I'm so sorry your plans have been upset. It is so disappointing when you want to go and be with family, and anything stands in the way.

It seems that when it rains, it pours. I hope that all those stumbling blocks will right themselves quickly and you will be able to reschedule your visit.

My mom lives next door to me, and while that has it's own set of issues, only seeing family once a year is really hard, and just not enough for so many of us. To have that one visit delayed is indeed disappointing. Thoughts and prayers to you, that everything works out quickly and that you and your golden feel better soon.

I can understand your disappointment.

I was supposed to go away for a couple of days in mid April. I even had my suitcase in the trunk of the car. Something happened suddenly and I had to cancel. There will be aother time for me, but mom's don't last forever.

Sorry that you won't be able to visit your mom. I know it's not the same but could you use Skype? I lost my mom 21/2 years ago she missed turning 95 by two months. I would give anything to see her and hear her voice again. I wish there was Skype in heaven.
