If someone calls from a number that isn't in your Favorites and your phone is on Do Not Disturb, the phone won't ring.  The way around that is if you call twice within a minute.

I have become very suspicious of the Do Not Call List. Before DH passed away we kept track of the calls we were receiving and it turned out to be several times the calls we got before we put our numbers on that list. I know that the calls are getting more frequent lately, but the Do Not Call list has

made absolutely no difference in the number of nusiance calls we get.
