I don't know if this was discussed or not. I read this last week:

Former TLC reality star Kate Gosselin was canned from her job as a blogger for CouponCabin earlier this week. Now sources tell the New York Daily News why the website abruptly fired its star attraction. "She was just so demanding and hard to get along with," one said.

The insiders suggested that a tell-all book, "Kate Gosselin: How She Fooled The World," generated too much negative attention for the website to handle. The book, self-published by a friend of Gosselin's ~ ex-husband, claims that Gosselin made expensive demands on the network and, more damagingly, that she abused her eight children. The book has since been pulled by Amazon.

"This book is drawing too much, too much negative attention -- like her, karma is a b---h," the source added to the publication.

On Tuesday, CouponCabin CEO Scott Kluth published a note on his website explaining his decision to fire Gosselin: "A series of recent events have made it clear to me that Kate Gosselin and her contributions do not align with the authenticity which we set out to build almost a decade ago, and that Ms. Gosselin is simply not a good fit with the wonderful team and culture at CouponCabin."

The new book claims that Gosselin earned $22,500 per episode for the last season of "Kate Plus 8" -- a sudden loss of income that will be extra noticeable with the loss of her blogging gig.
