Was channel surfing and never knew we had this channel. Not too impressed though. Read some posts on here about it. Their prices seem comprable to the Q's. Maybe I will check on it again sometime. It appeared to me as being a low budget shopping channel.

Re: Was Channel Surfing-Evine

I've gotten some good stuff there over the years.

Back when it was ValueVision they had THE best fine jewelry by far but, sadly, they've followed with the rest and sell mostly costume now.

I don't buy across all the categories.  50% of the time it's watches.  I don't wear watches but there must be a lot of people who wear armloads of watches, for how often they are selling them.

I've purchased numerous Waterford items there and a few kitchen/food items.

Depends on what interests people. I only buy Borghese skincare products from them as their prices beat the dept. stores.

One thing in their favor, all clearance items this past weekend had FREE s/h.  Hear that QVC?

Their jewelry items are quite pricey. I don't like that they charge high shipping fees and of course, they are not included in your refund if you should have to return the item. They even ship several items in one package, but still charge a $6.99 shipping fee on EACH item.  Also, if you have to exchange for the same item in another size, they charge you again for shipping the exchange to you. I quit them a long time ago for these reasons.

MGM - I've also purchased some great linens there.  I like a mid-range (400-800 thread count) Egyptian cotton sheet.   I have several sets from them that have been really great.

I don't dare buy their jewelry!  A lot of it is set in mystery metal and the stones are semi precious but they charge, $$$$$ for it.  No thanks!

Yep, Value Vision had THE BEST jewelry. I still call it Value Vision. I wish.
