And that is about what I got!

I didn't read carefully, apparently either or I wouldn't have wasted mine so badly!

I ordered some rather unnecessary item

and they brought it straight to my door!

There was an issue with this because people cannot enter my apartment building lobby to deliver my packages to me.

There was an poor man was trying to decide what to do when I "ran" into him! LOL

So I wasn't offered this type of delivery again!

Sounds to me like an hour or less.  I'll use it but I can't think of anything I need asap so maybe I won't.  I'm 30 minutes away (driving time) if they come straight here.

@monicakm.  They had this last year but it was 2 or 3 express deliver8es.  I don't need anything that fast and never used it.

My understanding is that Walmart has its delivery drivers show up at the 45-minute mark each hour to load up and then head out on their next round of deliveries at the top of the hour. I typically place an order before ten in the morning and the first delivery window I'm given is typically the noon one. That's often "express" enough for me. I'll sometimes opt for a later delivery even then. 

According to one driver I talked with recently, Walmart loads their car for them. She didn't know they'd loaded the kitty litter into her back seat until after she left and then had to circle back to deliver it to me.
