I had $42.42 on my savings catcher account and requested it. It was over a week-I usually get an email within a day- and I went in and hit resend it. Another week and nothing. I called the Savings Catcher E-Card number on Wal-Marts site. I was told the problem was Time Warner's new firewall that blocks the Wal-Mart Savings Catcher ECard from coming through. Wal-Mart stated all the other emails go through to customers ok. I changed to my Yahoo email address and I got the ecard within 15 minutes. If anyone else is having trouble receiving theirs go into the

Wal-Mart site under your account you have and change the Time Warner email address to anything but that. I had a very nice lady that took care of the problem quickly. Now I will go get the ink refills I need for my printer.

That was the story I got too-only I don't want to get a new email address just to receive the e-card. I wonder if I request a hard copy snail mailed would they comply? 

What's so odd is that I have received notifications as to how much I have in the savings catcher account but the e-card won't come through.

i have not had any problems using my aol email.

i do have at least 6 email addresses in use for various reasons......personal, business, family, "junk", sales and coupons.

wish you could use the gift card in the stores instead of just online.

I had a yahoo email address that I don't use much so I was good to sent to. @sunshine45 I always use my E-Card in the store. Just print it out and bring to

the store. Just be sure the barcode prints out with it as it will bring up the amount when checking out. I have never used one online as I am a few blocks from a Wal-Mart where I live.

I wonder what else is being blocked coming to me from Time Warner? I may start using my Yahoo address for other sites. I also have a gmail address due to my Tracfone needs it. I change my password every 6 months and I have never had anything broken into my account there. I never save any banking info or any passwords on my computer or iPads. I bought a Rolodex and have them in there. I just flip to what I want and get it from there.

@Nightowlz The Wal-Mart Savings Catcher is a program you can earn money in a rewards E-Card. You sign up for one for free(unless you already have a Wal-Mart account) and whenever you shop there and have a receipt you enter the date and transaction number on the receipt and hit enter. You are allowed 7 per week. They really add up if you do most of your shopping and get groceries there. You only have a 7-10 days after to record them. They will send you an email that they received it and then email you with if you had any savings if you were shopping somewhere else. That is the savings they found with stores compared in your area. I have done this about a year and got about $100.00 in savings back. Well worth a few minutes of your time. Hope this explains it for you.

@Sunshine  I was able to send my grandson a screen shot of my e-card and he used it to buy himself a birthday present.  He used it in the store but could have used online. I did learn that you cannot use it to pay for Walmart grocery shopping service which was disappointing.

@kdgn  Is it possible you have more than one email addy on file with them?   I had that problem.

I haven't had any issues redeeming my funds.
