[Juju deedee]

Hi I’m new to the QVC experience
The item that I ordered was not available so I’m waitlisted. I’m just wondering if I have any chance of getting it?
What is your experience with waitlists

Welcome to the boards @Juju deedee. Yes, you have a chance of getting a waitlist item, however it's impossible to predict how good the chance is.  I have pretty good luck getting my waitlist items.

I guess that I have learned to not hesitate to get something if I really wanted it

I received most of my waitlists; however on two occasions I was on waitlist, the items were posted online, but I wasn't sent the items.  Called Customer Service, both times they told me that "they" are supposed to send out waitlisted items first before putting back online. 

So, I would check to see if yours item was posted online.

Pretty good. I've received all but 1 in all the years I've shopped at QVC.

And hope it's in pristine condition.  I've gotten two that have been pretty gross.

ETA - I rarely shop here anymore but I don't do waitlist anymore because of that.

Oh well I just wish that I had ordered it sooner but it was just a busy day! And then I hope that if I get it, it won’t  be gross!
