Re: Waiting on pins and needles,,,,

I wonder what happened with her husband yesterday, I hope she will come back and let us know either way

Re: Waiting on pins and needles,,,,

Speak to your financial advisor and don't get ahead of yourself. When my company had a round of layoffs, they call it workforce streamlining. They always layoff under performing workers, which is fair. And they lay off older, high salaried workers. That's not fair but that's what they do. If an employee is 63, they keep that person on the group health plan into that person gets their Medicare at 65. I know of several others who were 61 or 62 who requested that consideration and the company agreed to continue their healthcare benefits until they git another job or until they had their Medicare.

Lorraine, my best to your DH and you. I've lived through this type of uncertainty with family members and it bites.

There are times when you must speak, not because you are going to change the opposing side, but because if you do not speak, they have changed you.
