Actually, WW does emphasize nutritional food. Whole uprocessed foods have the lowest points. If you want to eat sugary treats and carbs like bread or crackers you will have a hard time staying within your point count. Active forms of exercise can earn points but I choose not to use exercise points to eat more. I think a balanced diet skewing towards a Mediterranean diet is healthiest. Staying healthy and fit is a journey just like life.
