Does any one know what the new plan is? TIA

Another new plan? They seem to change every 3 years. The only plan that worked for me was around 2010. After that they just changed plans to change plans.

I got WW a few years ago, and loved it. When they changed the plan, I left. Now they want to change it again. I don't understand how they can alienate their customers who are successful, and not just create ANOTHER plan, while leaving the one that is working in place.

I still use the old exchange program from the late 1980's, early 1990's to help maintain my weight. Thankfully I kept almost all of my old books and lists and papers.
The Richard Simmons Deal a Meal program is very close to the old WW.
I quit when they went to points. I tried it for about a year but I need more structure to keep me eating the right foods in the right amounts.

@4kitties I agree. Back in their early days, the diet was basically a low carb-high protein diet. And that is the only way I can lose weight. I did great. I never had any success after that when they started with Points.

Good heavens... Another new WW plan...lol. Apparently the previous one wasn't profitable so they tweaked it again. Hoping to bring in more customers.

It's what used to be Weight Watchers back in the day.

When I logged in today the new plan displayed. Happy that they now put everyone on the same plan and got rid of personal 0 point foods.
As a diabetic was happy to see a Blood Sugar fasting results can be populated everyday. This is another great way to see how eating and exercise impact my blood sugar levels.
Glad to see the extra points removed for veggies and water.
