WINTER FESTIVAL .....

This years event for this weekend scheduled for the Capital Square in Madison has to be relocated to another area park. Looks like Elver Park is the new location. This is a major big deal for the downtown, and thousands of people from all over come to this event. Anyone familar with this it will know what this will mean. Lots of stuff going on in this city this weekend. Should be interesting....
