I take a list, faithfully every week. I never forget it. I get everything on the list and other things not on the list. And I bring coupons.

Why is it, when I have a 50/50 guess at something, I'm always 100% wrong?

Being an efficiency expert is not all that fun...LOL...been there done that....when a process or method is overhauled to make it more efficient the ones who formerly did the job don't take kindly to it....a shame because it's not a reflection on the job they once did but simply a new way for them to do the job going forward.

Did you read Cheaper by the Dozen as a kid? The dad was a time efficiency manager. I read it over and over and wanted to have 12 kids. LOL.

That's why it bugs the daylights out of me when stores switch items around in their stores. I have my nifty little list showing that I start here and get this and when I arrive "here" to get "this", "this" is no longer "here" but it is "over there" a few aisles down.....

No I've not read that book....I can't imagine anything that would make me want 12 kids.....LOL

I used to make lists when the children were young but now I don't since it is just the two of us. I tend to buy only a few items in the grocery store and pick up meat at a butcher and buy fish at a fish store. Vegetables and fresh produce I buy at a grocer that just carries fresh produce. So my list making days seem to be in the past.
