There was a time when EL had trained cosmetic sales people just as Lancome, etc. had their own trained sales people.

They knew their products, knew how to assess your skin type/tone, etc.

Now a sales person will be running back and forth between Lancome, EL, Chanel. etc. and obviously not trained very well in any brand.

This is my experience in-store (before Covid)-most of the cosmetic counters were empty and you would see maybe 3 sales people going back and forth among all the brands.

The lack of sale persons throughout stores has been growing in all departments, too, not just cosmetics.

It sold out on the website but Nordstrom's still had some sets. 

The case is the same, too.

I imagine the loss of in-store shopping crowd left quite a few sets left over.

In fact, Wal-Mart is even selling this kit and it is advertised as the 2020 Holiday Collection on the website.

It you put the brand name and 2020 blockbuster in a search bar you will see that it WAS available for 2020. It is on the bay for $50 I believe. it is the exact same set.

It is an excellent buy!  I thought about it because I have used Night Repair in the past and really liked it.  However, there were only a few shades of shadow I would use, and the one lipstick and gloss that are not red.

I have not watched a full presentation, but am interested if any of the hosts has mentioned how many sets were brought in and how many have sold. Does anyone know the numbers on this? I would think it would be a big seller, as the value appears to be there.
