@catlover   I mostly buy A cheerful Giver now at zulily, and if what I want isn't there, I go to amazon and pay more, but only if it is something I know and really need at the time. but Swan Creek online has some wonderful candles.

@CANDLEQUEEN  I don't know whether to thank you or not for your Southern Candles suggestion, lol!  I just got my first order yesterday & fast shipping plus so far, a fabulous scent throw!  I will no doubt be ordering again.

@catlover  I used to buy them at Walmart (BH&G, Walmarts own brand), Yankee Candle and all their versions, those sold on QVC and then a few from online shops. Now I only buy Diptyque. I don't burn them as they have an amazing scent throw but when I do, they don't bother my asthma; other candles do and I don't know why. I also tired of candles changing in their quality while Diptyque has not. Yes, they are not cheap but maybe that's why their scent lasts for years, they scent throw is fantastic and my asthma doesn't flare up.

I also found I only want certain scents now. I simply purchase these few and don't experiment any longer with scents; more money saved.
