I hope the seller admitted to having pets!

I wouldn't buy from that picture or one where an item is laying on the floor.

Cats don't lie on the floor.  Counter top is more their style. Smiley Wink

Re: WHAT IS THE NAME OF THIS BAG?

Cute cat!  But I agree about having cutie-cat in the picture.... also I'd suggest a picture of the shoes as your first picture on the shoe listings you are selling instead of cutie-cat (and I realize the brand of shoe is "cat") only because the first picture is what determines if a customer will even open your listing to look at them.  I know your baby is a doll and a gorgeous cat but customers are so funny about animals around the stuff.  I also realize you've been on eBay just about as long as I have (a long time Woman Happy)  and are not new to this but thought I'd say something anyway.

Regarding your Burburry, my best suggestion is to contact Burberry.  I've done this with other designers and have had some success with them getting back to me with some information I needed.  Just be wary of telling them you re-sell on eBay, they can get a little huffy about us re-sellers putting their pre-owned products up for sale.... here's a quick link to their customer service email....

Best of luck to you!!
